Susan's Bio

Susan started working at Cascades of Tucson in the summer of 2017 as a server in the dining room. She soon after applied for a position as an activities assistant where she earned a certificate in Senior Fitness through the Tucson Pilates Connection and used her new skills to improve the techniques used in the fitness classes at Cascades. After a year and a half of hard work, she was promoted to Life Enrichment Director. Susan enjoys keeping the calendars filled with exercise programs, weekly outings, games, social events, lectures, and presentations from local artists and university professors. Susan shares that it has been an absolute pleasure working at the Cascades of Tucson. She’s met many wonderful people and heard some amazing life stories. Recognizing the benefits of a Senior Living community, she encouraged her own grandfather to move in and loves being able to see him daily.
