Shelby's Bio

Shelby Trozzi has spent more than 30 years working in healthcare, with most of that time dedicated to serving seniors and their families. Her career began in home care with the Pima County Health Department, and over the years She’s worked as a caregiver, managed adult care homes, and supported families as a senior placement adviser. Shelby later developed resident engagement programs in senior communities, bringing families, staff, and providers together to enrich residents’ lives.

Now, as Memory Care Director at Cascades, she feels honored to help create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel valued and families feel at home.
