Meredith's Bio

Meredith Kuhn has worked in the senior living industry in Tucson for 25 years, in many capacities and settings, committed to the central importance of resident well-being and engagement no matter the level of care. She has worked for companies who are building from the ground up and for companies like Cascades, who have been established for many years.  

She received a PhD from the U of A in Anthropology in 2008, has a husband and two teenage boys. 

If you ask her, she will tell you this is the best job she’s ever had. Why? “The non-corporate environment of the Cascades allows me to make the right decisions on the right timeline and for the right reasons- the residents. Always, it’s the residents.”
