Lupe's Bio

Lupe began her career in housekeeping at the age of 17 at a retirement community in Tucson, AZ and worked her way up to Housekeeping Manager over the years at different communities. Lupe has a heart for the elderly and enjoys the interactions she gets to share with them. With 35 years of working in this industry, she continues to share her experience and knowledge with the residents and staff at the Cascades. During her personal time, she manages her husband’s band, Ritmo de Sanchez. She loves dancing and socializing with the residents at the Cascades during their weekly happy hour, and especially when her husband’s band occasionally performs for them.
