Assisted Living

Our Assisted Living program offers up-to-date delivery of care focused on health, wellness and support services delivered in the privacy of your very own apartment home at Cascades. Your custom portfolio of services is determined through an assessment conducted by the Health Services Director. Services can be dialed up or down any time as your needs change. Clinical staff are state certified and managed by a team of full time LPNs.

Our full calendar of activities is tailored to our population and promises to keep you as busy as you would like to be. Meet friends for Happy Hour featuring complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres or spend time outdoors under a shady ramada. There are also volunteer groups, interesting speakers and classes, and a wealth of entertainment and group outings.

When it’s time to dine, our inspired menu features delicious selections freshly prepared by the Executive Chef and culinary team. Open all day, you can enjoy dining at a time you choose in a relaxing atmosphere with attentive service in the Vista Garden Restaurant.

Assisted Living amenities and services include*:

• Spacious one bedroom (some with dens) and two bedroom/bath residences
• Security features including safety assist grab bars, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems
• Utilities included (except phone and cable)
• Weekly housekeeping including personal and flat linen laundry, with daily touches
• Interior and exterior care and maintenance of all residences, common areas and grounds
• Outdoor courtyards and walking paths
• Choice of two meals daily from breakfast, lunch or dinner
• Complimentary evening snacks served daily in your residence
• Help with daily activities, including bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assistance with managing medications
• A personal wellness plan including physical, spiritual, social and intellectual support
• Lively calendar of social, cultural, educational, and recreational activities and programs
• 24-hour emergency call system and licensed nurses on staff
• Guest reception desk
• Scheduled transportation services to doctors’ appointments, shopping, events and entertainment
