Our Assisted Living program offers up-to-date delivery of care focused on health, wellness and support services delivered in the privacy of your very own apartment home at Cascades. Your custom portfolio of services is determined through an assessment conducted by the Health Services Director. Services can be dialed up or down any time as your needs change. Clinical staff are state certified and managed by a team of full time LPNs.
Our full calendar of activities is tailored to our population and promises to keep you as busy as you would like to be. Meet friends for Happy Hour featuring complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres or spend time outdoors under a shady ramada. There are also volunteer groups, interesting speakers and classes, and a wealth of entertainment and group outings.
When it’s time to dine, our inspired menu features delicious selections freshly prepared by the Executive Chef and culinary team. Open all day, you can enjoy dining at a time you choose in a relaxing atmosphere with attentive service in the Vista Garden Restaurant.

Cascades of Tucson is a senior living community that offers a range of care options, including independent living and assisted living. One of the advantages of living at Cascades of Tucson is that residents can move seamlessly from one level of care to another without having to leave the community.
For example, if a resident starts off in independent living but later requires assisted living services, they can simply transition to the assisted living area without having to move out of their apartment or leave the community. This is possible because Cascades of Tucson offers a continuum of care, meaning that they have different levels of care available within the same community.
The transition from independent living to assisted living is made as smooth as possible for residents, with staff members helping with the process every step of the way. They will work with the resident and their family to determine what level of care is needed and make the necessary arrangements for the move.
This continuity of care is designed to make life easier for residents and their families. It allows residents to stay in a familiar environment and maintain relationships with friends and staff members while receiving the care they need. It also gives families peace of mind knowing that their loved one is in a safe and caring environment where their needs can be met as they age.
All apartment homes feature full kitchens and a patio or balcony. Upgraded finishes include quartz countertops, ceramic tiled kitchen and bath, stainless-steel appliances and painted accent walls to add personality and create a feeling of home. Window coverings and ceiling fans are provided in the living areas and bedrooms. An emergency call system is located in bedrooms and bath.
