Karen Rossini Bio

Karen Rossini was born in Wilmington, OH and moved to Tucson in 1982.  She has been a License Practical Nurse since 1982.    She’s worked in Tucson her entire nursing career in hospitals, clinics and home care settings.  Most recently, Karen has been working as a Hospice field nurse since 2006. The opportunity of becoming the Health Services Manager here at The Cascades was presented to her and graciously accepted her new role at the start of 2025. She is excited about her role as part of the Management Team and looks forward to getting to know and working with residents and staff. Karen is married to a retired Electrical Contractor and has one son who currently resides in Tucson and works for Union Pacific Railroad. Karen resides with her husband and four precious dogs on 5 acres in the country.  She thoroughly enjoys the peaceful serenity of the desert, reading, listening to a variety of music and watching professional sports.
