Crystal's Bio

Crystal Rodriguez started in the Senior Living Industry in 2008 as a receptionist and quickly realized her love and appreciation for seniors. She worked her way up to Sales and Marketing and has had a passion for helping so many families make the transition to community living. After 13 years, Crystal decided to leave corporate-run communities, when she was allowed to work for one that was family-owned, and has never looked back! She states working for the Howard family has given her the work-life balance she craved, which became a huge priority after having her daughter in 2021 and is even more important today as her family welcomes a baby boy in June 2023. Crystal shares that working at the Cascades feels like having 100 grandparents and enjoys hearing their life stories and words of wisdom every day.
