Karen Rossini Bio

Karen Rossini was born in Wilmington, Ohio, and moved to Tucson in 1982. She has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1982 and has spent her entire nursing career in Tucson, working across hospitals, clinics, and home care settings. Since 2006, Karen has specialized as a hospice field nurse, gaining extensive experience in compassionate, patient-centered care.

In 2025, she stepped into her role as Memory Care Nurse at The Cascades. She is dedicated to supporting residents with empathy, consistency, and clinical expertise, and values building meaningful relationships with both residents and staff.

Karen is married to a retired electrical contractor and has one son who lives in Tucson and works for Union Pacific Railroad. She and her husband live on five acres in the country with their four dogs. She enjoys the quiet of the desert, reading, listening to a variety of music, and watching professional sports.
